Use the article linker form to create permanent URLs for BlackBoard and ERes.

Fill in as much bibliographic information as you have.
Do not use ampersands in titles--use and.
ISSN and author name are helpful, but not required. - Click "Start Search"

A window will appear with a list of options. Choose "Save and format this citation"

Another window will appear with a URL.
Copy and paste this URL into BlackBoard or ERES.
