Course Reserve Request Form for Faculty

Complete this form to request reserve services at Bobst Library. The library will place the following materials on reserve for your course:

  • Books: library books or books to be ordered
  • Personal copies: photocopies, media or books you provide
  • Links to the Libraries' ejournals, ebooks and databases
  • Videos, DVDs or music from the Avery Fisher Center
