Use this form to request scheduled group viewings in AFC of up to 12 students, minimum of 5 students, per screening. Class size will determine maximum number of screenings per video per class (for example, a class of 36 students would be limited to 3 screenings). If class size exceeds 50 students, please call 212-998-2585 for other group viewing options (available to NYU classes only).

Program Information

Check AFC hours for opening and closing times. All viewings must end 15 minutes before closing. Viewings can begin 30 minutes after posted opening. All viewings must begin on the hour or half-hour. Viewings start promptly as scheduled.

Videos must be screened from beginning of program. No cueing or chapter search capabilities are available.

AFC Video Required

All AFC videos are listed in BobCat. Call numbers must be included.
