Avery Fisher Center Scheduled Video Loan Request

NYU and Consortium Faculty, NYU Graduate Teaching Assistants, and NYU Ph.D. Candidates: Use this form to schedule your video loans in advance. Videos will be pulled from the shelves and will be waiting for you at the pickup time you specify. Up to five videos may be borrowed at one time.

(The request form below is for loans outside the library building. To place videos on reserve for students to watch in the AFC, use the AFC Reserve Request Form. To schedule a group viewing in the library, use the Group Viewing Form).

AFC requires three (3) business hours to process requests from Monday through Friday, and Twenty Four (24) business hours on Saturday and Sunday. If you are expecting your loan in less time than the above indicated minimum, we recommend that you print this form and fax it to 212-995-4794.

Your booking will be confirmed via e-mail by AFC staff.

*New School and other Consortium Faculty must have your photo ID card registered with your home library before picking up AFC loans.
